Prevention usually starts after a warning sign—or after watching someone else learn too late.
This program protects you from hidden risks that become “sudden” crises —heart disease, cancer, dementia—plus fragmented care and late answers. We surface early signals and give you a clear plan before options narrow.
You don’t lose your health all at once.
You lose it quietly—through risks no one was measuring, connecting, or watching closely enough.

Use Case: United Airlines CEO Oscar Munoz
At age 56 and weeks into a new job as CEO of United Airlines, Oscar Munoz maintained an active, “model of health” lifestyle—an avid marathon runner and triathlete who worked out early and followed a strict vegan (later flexitarian) diet. Oscar Munoz suffered a major heart attack that ultimately required a heart transplant on January 6, 2016. Half of heart attacks are a person’s first sign of disease, and about 10% are fatal—creating sudden, extended absences and profound human impact even when you have the best insurance and up to date with standard care visits. Proactive prevention (labs + CCTA + follow-up + meds) often costs ≲ $2–5K in year one, whereas reacting after an MI as in the case for Oscar, who was lucky to survive, surpasses $1.66M for severe heart failure/transplant.

DEEPER INSIGHTS
Your Health, Mapped at Every Layer
Health risk isn’t defined by one test or one habit. It lives at the intersection of genetics, biology, environment, and lifestyle.
We integrate advanced diagnostics, environmental and occupational data, and longitudinal health signals into a single, physician-guided view—so risk is identified earlier and priorities are clear.

WHEN LIFE CHANGES
A physician in your corner when it matters most
Even with great prevention, unexpected diagnoses and hospitalizations happen. When they do, you’re not navigating them alone.
You have a physician who already knows your history, reviews records as they emerge, clarifies next steps, and keeps your family informed—so decisions are made with context, not panic.
YOUR DATA, PROTECTED
Medical-Grade Privacy and Bias-Free Guidance
Your data is handled as part of a medical clinic—not a wellness platform.
It is protected under HIPAA, never sold, and never influenced by commissions or product incentives. Recommendations are based solely on evidence, judgment, and your best interest.

Prevention & Data Expert
Nearly two decades ago, Dr. Andres Jimenez watched his father—a brilliant physician—develop Alzheimer’s in an era when today’s tools didn’t exist: advanced biomarkers, deeper genomics, continuous lifestyle data, environmental exposure mapping, and AI-driven pattern detection. That experience didn’t define what was possible then—it defined what Dr. Jimenez is committed to doing differently now.
Today, he specializes at the intersection of prevention medicine and healthcare data: integrating clinical records, precision diagnostics, and real-world signals to identify risk earlier, reduce uncertainty, and guide evidence-based action—free from vendor bias.
Board-certified in Public Health & Preventive Medicine and Clinical Informatics, and trained at University of Miami, Dartmouth, Brown, and Cornell, Dr. Jimenez has built health technology used across thousands of hospitals and clinics. Today, he brings that blend of elite training, data expertise, and deeply personal purpose to a small number of patients through his Concierge Precision Prevention Program.

Dr. Jimenez is an alumna of Dartmouth, Brown and Cornell

Questions, Answered
QUESTION: Is this concierge primary care?
ANSWER: No. This is a concierge prevention program. We work alongside your primary care physician—designing long-term prevention and early-detection strategy, interpreting complex data, and guiding major health decisions. Your PCP remains responsible for routine care and physical exams.
QUESTION: Do I need a primary care doctor to join?
ANSWER: Yes. A primary care physician is required. If you don’t have one, we can help connect you with trusted PCPs and coordinate care as your prevention plan evolves.
QUESTION: What does the membership fee cover—and what doesn’t it cover?
ANSWER: The membership covers physician time and expertise, data aggregation, written summaries, prevention strategy, care coordination, and year-round access—including support during hospitalizations and serious diagnoses.
Advanced diagnostics, devices, specialist visits, and treatments are billed separately by those providers. We do not receive commissions from any testing or service vendors. Click here to see list of commonly recommended advanced diagnostics.
QUESTION: Do you bill insurance?
ANSWER: No. This is a direct membership model. Paying directly allows us to remain independent, unbiased, and focused on prevention—without insurance-driven constraints.
QUESTION: Who is this program for?
ANSWER: This program is for individuals and couples who value proactive strategy over crisis response, want to preserve cognitive and physical capacity, and prefer a direct relationship with a physician who understands prevention and healthcare data. It often resonates with those who have seen preventable disease unfold too late—and want a different path.
