STEM PROGRAM
Building the Next Generation of Health Leaders
The Confidence & Clarity Students Deserve
In the Becoming Health Leaders program, students don’t just learn about health—they apply it. This full-year, Common Core-aligned course empowers high school students to explore the human body, public health challenges, and real solutions that improve lives.
Created by physicians and educators, the program blends classroom learning with hands-on research, mentorship, and community engagement. Students gain the tools to understand their health, advocate for others, and become future leaders in medicine, research, or public health.

Our Process
01
Teacher Onboarding & Student Cohort Setup
We begin by working closely with school leadership to identify the right STEM teacher and student cohort. Educators are onboarded with a curriculum walkthrough and given early access to teaching guides, video lectures, and student materials. This ensures a smooth and confident program launch from day one.
02
Student Kickoff & Immersive Learning
In the first weeks, our team joins the class to inspire students, helping them understand the impact and history of this program. We continue to support the teacher with coaching and coordination of real-world experiences—like hospital tours and online field trips—designed to deepen understanding and motivation.
03
Student Research & Community Impact
During the second half of the year, students complete real health research. They analyze data, explore disparities, and propose solutions with the potential to inform clinical practice. Some students may present their findings at local conferences or share their work with public health leaders—amplifying their voices where it matters most.
